GC Creative Works offer full refunds any purchases made through our website including Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express payment systems except made-to-order, custom pieces and customized art.
Made to order, custom art item and pieces are not eligible for returns, only exchanges or store credit allowed.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in original re-sellable condition and has not been used. There are no exceptions. Customer is responsible for shipment charges on returning the product. The item return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
If the item is defective upon receipt of order, we will exchange the item at no charge to you including shipping/handling fees. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You must email gariechavez@gmail.com to receive an REIA (Return Exchange Item Authorization) number prior to shipping the item back to us. You must return and ship the defective item to us within 14 days of receipt. To receive a free return label, contact gariechavez@gmail.com

Refunds (if applicable) Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will notify the status of your item and refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Final Sale Items (if applicable) Final sale items cannot be refunded. No exceptions.
